	HI, I''VE RECENTLY ACCUIRED AN ORIGINAL WATER COLOR BY AN ARTIST NAMED J. ROBERT BURNELL. I WAS HOPING SOMEONE OUT THERE WOULD KNOW THE VALUE OF SUCH AN ITEM. IT''S RATHER LARGE, 20 INCHES BY 30 INCHES. DEPICTS A SEASCAPE. THANK YOU FOR ANY INFO YOU CAN SEND MY WAY.

	Mr. Burnell is a local artist. I have a few of his works myself.
