I am stumped, have looked every where for info on watercolorist Bill Roach who lived in Escondido, CA, in the 1980s and may have created the image for a 22-cent USA postage stamp "Snowy Egret." I purchased at auction an original watercolor by him that was listed as a print. Inside the dust cover were the stamp and an address label. Any clues appreciated.

  Pamela--
How bizzare! I was just looking up Bill to see if I could find him since the number I had for him had been disconnected. Did you manage to find him? If not, I may have some contacts.
