	Can someone tell me about an artist named Carlo Canevari and if any one has any information on a piece of artwork by Canevari named The Door.

	Just listed a great Clown print hand signed by Canevari.I listed it on Jan.8 2009...Its only on a short 7 days........Good day

	Carlo Canevari was my father. If you send me a image of the painting named the door can be I have some information for you.

	Canevari is an Italian artist born in 1922 who died in 1996. His oil works frequently had as themes priests and nuns in unusual settings and "sad" clowns. I do not know about a work of his entitled "The Door". I own two Canevari oils and have done research on him from time to time. Through e-mail contact, I have communicated with someone who claims to have been a person friend of Canevari's. I can forward the e-mails that I received from this person if you care to hear her insights.
