I am researching if there are "Green" or "Eco-Friendly" options in the Framing industry. I am curious to see if anyone is doing it, and how they are doing it.
Sincerely,

The "green" part that I participate in is in the use of water based stains, acrylics and finishes and I recycle ALL papers, boards, plastics and glass. I construct my own frames from wood stock and do my own finishes in my woodworking shop. I try not to pollute or waste anything. |

several companies are adverising their greenness.
Southern Moulding in Georgia has moulding made from bamboo
Victor Moulding in Topeka KS has all "certified" green moulding.
all suppliers have Rag Mats 100% cotton has the least impact.
Framerica states their Bonanza wood is "green."
