	A customer got putty on her expensive carpet. How can this be rectified? I contacted the putty company who told me to suggest a wax remover. Has anyone had any luck with this?

	Try this one, it worked for me. Fill a plastic bag with ice, place it on the putty and leave for about 1/2 hour. The putty should got very hard and brittle it then should be easily broken up and removed.
