	My mother-in-law gave the a signed painting by Toby E. Rosenthal "The Minuet 1887" we could be wrong on the date, as we can''t see very well. It had a note on the back from my husbands grandfather gave it to his wife after the death of his mother. The note is dated 1954. Does anyone know anything about it, and waht it would be worth if we sold it.
