	I have an H. Gailey oil left to be by a neighbor. It is 9 3/4" x 7 3/4" without frame. It is double matted and framed in a rustic oak. I can''t find anything about the artist, except he was an English 19th century painter. I need to put this up for sale, but I have no idea of it''s worth. Can anyone help me?
