I have a panoramic shot of Trinity river Dallas, TX that is over 16'' wide fully enlarged. 17" high. I would like ideas on what best media and/or production methods to produce a frame or skeleton worthy of such an iconic shot. I have a watermarked copy, but keeping it in-house for now.
Thank you.

You don''t mean 16 INCHES, do you? Could it really be 16 feet?
