	I recently purchased an etching from the late 1600''s of a skinny cow on a hill with another calf and by in the background. This is unframed and a bit spotted. This was from an estate of a man who collected many old dutch masters etchings and mine is "Attributted" to Van Dyke but I was wondering if there is any way to get a professional opinion and how much something like that would cost?
