	Recently, I had purchased a signed Lithograph of FDR by Sidney L. Smith. Not only was it signed by the artist, it was also dedicated to Charles D Hart and signed by President FDR himself. I have had it appraised at a few antique dealers. Would anyone know of a place that, I can take it to, who would be more knowledgeable about this particular era of art?
