I search the original painting "Trial of Constance de Beverly", a painting by Toby E. Rosenthal from 1883. Who can help to find this painting? In what Museum it is preserved now?
Thanks for all helpfull information.
I know only a wood-engraving by Kaesebery & Oertel from 1884/85.
Excuse my badly English, I write French and German.

I own an original print that I bought at a thrift shop for such a ridiculous price that I wont even say it!! It Is in magnificent condition, museum framed it myself at an Air Force Base MWR frame shop, with no moisture or Sun damage of any kind. im wondering its worth for insurance purposes, if ms. DI Beverly has a true story, & where can I get the information,

I have the proof that was used as a proof for the lacma. My grand father owned an art studio in Long Beach California in the 50's, 60's, 70's.
