  one of my framers got ink pen on artwork on lokta. does anyone know how to remove it without staining or desolving the paper? Please help!!

  The nature of the ink will determine how it should be treated, as well as the nature of the substrate, and that is a job for a scientist, not a framer. Take it to a conservator.

  You should contact a paper conservator. They may need to use a suction table and a solvent to pull out the ink. It could be a very quick treatment. And in the future only use pencil around artwork, even at the front counter where you consult with customers.
