one of my framers got ink pen on artwork on lokta. does anyone know how to remove it without staining or desolving the paper? Please help!! |

The nature of the ink will determine how it should be treated, as well as the nature of the substrate, and that is a job for a scientist, not a framer. Take it to a conservator. |

You should contact a paper conservator. They may need to use a suction table and a solvent to pull out the ink. It could be a very quick treatment. And in the future only use pencil around artwork, even at the front counter where you consult with customers. |
