  I know every shop has to do it differently, but is there a "rule" of thumb as to how much to mark up glass? I suspect the info I used last time I figured this is way out of date.

  Ken Baur, a frame shop owner who also consults with other framers, Tru Vue, and LifeSaver software, has been studying glass pricing. He has come up with some very useful information about pricing.

I suggest you refer to his recent PFM article and attend his classes at WCAF.
