Any recommendations for mounting a snake skin and balene? I am worried about gravity and weight especially for the snake skin.

You have provided too little detail about the items to enable specific recommendations. But generally, it is best to avoid adhesive attachments. Aside from the issues of reversibility, preservation, and value retention, adhesive mounts tend to fail, especially over time.

Mechanical attachments, such as straps of clear polyester film, wraps of fine mesh fabric, acrylic clips, or formed, padded spring-steel/brass rods may work well.

If you are unsure of how to attach these items using non-invasive, reversible, and secure mounting provisions, I suggest you consult a conservator.
