  is there a product available to remove relatively minor scratches from mirror surface? thanks!

  Maybe a glass or mirror supplier could help you with this.

There are a few products to fill scratches in glass, such as used for repairing windshield dings, but I''m not sure that would work on a mirror.

Polishing probably would ruin the smooth, flat surface of the glass and create a distorted reflection.

If it is a typical mirror, I would suggest replacing it, instead.
