	Brassco Engraving does this and you can order over the net. (They have advertised in PFM.) Lots of fonts and styles. Looks great: http://www.brassco.com/

	You could try a local Trophy Maker or key cutter/shoe repairer - they usually have engraving machines to make plaques.
