The Mitre-Mite Double Mitre Saw, T200P, from ITW AMP is designed for shops with high volume and production requirements. It can cut moulding up to 71/2" wide or 41/2" high or 55" long. The moulding clamps are adjusted based on width and length of the cut desired. After the operator sets the blades pneumatically, the blades move horizontally across the moulding to create the mitres. Mayne Framing Supply, in cooperation with West Wind Gallery, is producing alphabet-shaped picture frames, Letter Frames. These frames can be used for anything from school memorabilia to personalized monograms. The moulding is 1" wide, and has a 11/8" deep shadowbox rabbet. It is available in honey oak, walnut, unfinished oak, and poplar. All letters in the alphabet are currently available.

The Vesta Collection from The Woods of Designer Moulding is available in three profiles (W82, W83, and W84) and two finishes: Antique White with Silver and Black Cherry with Gold. Fillet Master is a precision measuring instrument that enables the user to cut accurate fillets and enhancers. This tool allows the user to measure mat window openings from 3" to 32". There is a length extender designed for larger window openings (up to 44") and height extenders are used for frames with rabbet widths up to 11/2" profiles. Once the tool has been adjusted, it is placed on the chopper or single or double miter saw and the machine’s slide stop is then set for cutting the fillet or enhancer.
