Frame Shop Donates Prints for Alzheimer’s
One Stop Framing & Gallery, Sherwood Park, Alberta, in conjunction with Framerica, has framed 100 prints of Gordie Howe, the Canadian Hockey player often referred to as Mr. Hockey. The prints by artist Sandra Ward were all framed using Framerica’s BonanzaWood 58065 with an ebony walnut finish, triple mats, and conservation glass. They were then donated to Scotiabank Pro-Am for its tournaments in support of the Gordie & Colleen Howe Fund for Alzheimer’s. In a special ceremony, one of the framed prints was placed into the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto. The original hangs in the headquarters of the Baycrest Foundation in Toronto, a leading cognitive research institute. One Stop Framing & Gallery owner Lila Phillips has been in business 24 years.

Inmes-USA Staff Completes Training
Inmes-USA, partner of Inmes Industriale Ltda., manufacturer of miter saws, underpinners, dust collectors, and nails for all brands of underpinner, has announced that its senior onsite maintenance staff has completed training at the company factory in Brazil. Sam Harris, vice president of operations, and Ron Palinkas, eastern regional service manager, have now started training the onsite maintenance national network of service technicians in the U.S. in the proper repair and maintenance of Inmes equipment.
